Richard has over 20 years of experience in the vertical market software industry. He currently serves as Group CEO of Vesta Software Group, managing and building multiple brands within the Jonas Software UK Group. Richard oversees the Education and Retail brands within the UK, while also being responsible for acquisition activity into new and existing sectors. He has extensive knowledge of vertical market software solutions through his various positions within Jonas, giving him a meticulous understanding of the industry and the services provided by the group.

Richard's journey with Jonas began with the Gladstone MRM acquisition, where he served as the Professional Services Manager, working with leisure management software. He has since gained knowledge in various brands and sectors within Jonas, leveraging his experience to enhance his knowledge.

Before joining Jonas, Richard worked in sales and marketing in the leisure, attractions, and telecommunications sectors. Richard believes in developing his employees, providing them with new opportunities to grow and flourish. His team spirit and attitude towards colleagues have led to the tremendous growth of many of Jonas' UK businesses. In his free time, Richard enjoys spending time with his young family and occasionally playing golf.
