About me
Hi, I'm Daniela, I work at Qwantec as an Assistant Manager of Services and Quality. I am very excited to participate as a Spiker in Nucleo Vesta, because even though I have been in the group for a short time (since January of this year), it has been enough for me to feel committed to the amazing group of people I have met.
I studied engineering in business administration and my work experience has always been related to account management for important clients, until, working for a Chilean startup as a customer experience leader, I started to specialize more in UX methodologies, project management and agile methodologies, which allowed me to join Qwantec and take this nice challenge of innovating in providing services for more than 8000 clients. It has not been easy haha
In this session I want to share with you our experience experimenting with automating some processes during the journey maps of our customers. The progress we have made as well as our future challenges. I would love it to be an instance of mutual feedback. See you at Nucleo!
